Refund and Return Policy

At Emirates Bulk, we prioritize your satisfaction. This policy applies to our general merchandise, emphasizing transparency and customer-friendliness. For health and safety reasons, certain exceptions apply as detailed below.
Eligibility for Return
- Condition: Returnable items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Baby Food, Milk, and Related Products: Due to health and safety regulations, these items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Period
Returns are acceptable within 7 days of receipt for eligible items.
Reasons for Return
- Change of Mind: A 25 AED restocking fee + 20 AED return shipping fee applies.
- Our Error/Product Defect: We handle all costs involved.
Refunds and Store Credits
- Credit Card Purchases: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2-14 business days.
- Cash Purchases: Store credits are issued for use on our website.
Damages and Issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at contact@emiratesbulk.ae with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, attaching a photo is recommended.
Exchanges
We facilitate exchanges for items of similar or equal value, provided they are unopened and unused. Please initiate exchanges within 5 days of receipt. Note that any differences in item prices or additional shipping fees may apply. Baby food, milk, and related products are not eligible for exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to change of mind or similar reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- In cases of our error or product defects, we will cover the return shipping.
Return Procedure

- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Follow the instructions provided for shipping the item back to us.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, issue store credit, or complete the exchange.
